A lovely sunny day in Selkirk - the window walls were removed and guest were able to spill out onto the lawn. |
May 2010 saw Best Intent Marquees start the month with marquee hire in Inverness for a wedding. We also had marquees across the Scottish borders, with a busy weekend including marquees at the Edinburgh 10’s, Gala 7’ and Earlston 7’s rugby tournaments, the Lauderdale Point to Point at Mosshouses and a sampling event at Asda in Berwick. May 2010 also saw us supply marquees to a range of organisations from the Army to the Girl Guides, Hearts and Heroes to the British Horse Society. Once again we worked with Richie Gray of 'The Bar' and we enjoyed our annual involvement with and sponsorship of Floors Castle Horse Trials in Kelso. We also supplied wedding marquees every weekend in May, with a particularly glorious weekend on 22nd May in Selkirk - the marquee window walls were removed and guests spilled out onto the beautiful lawn - followed the next weekend by a slightly wetter (but still lovely) affair at the Philipburn Hotel, coordinated by the very efficient Marie Wells.
